Deep cleaning for harbourside kitchens
Emsworth sits right on the county line and I cover both sides of it, from the town itself out through the harbour villages and across towards Havant. The older cottages tend to have small ovens working very hard, while the newer houses more often have double ovens and induction hobs.
The job is the same either way. Doors come apart so the glass can be cleaned from the inside, racks and trays are soaked in the heated tank in the van, and the fan, elements and panels behind them are degreased before it all goes back together.
Because the products are non-caustic, the kitchen smells of nothing at all afterwards and the oven is ready to use immediately. Much of my work here is repeat custom and neighbours who spotted the van, which suits me very well.
